This auction is so awesome! I've never seen anything like it before :)
Hi Jen, thanks! I was hoping that there would be others that liked it as much as I do. I think it's cute too..couldn't resist it when I found it at the second hand store! I'm always looking for something different and useful..lol
It looks like a RadioShack symbol on the back, fyi, and it's not vintage ( sorry) cuz it has a polarized plug on it and those are up to date. But it still is rock-n-roll! F & w
It doesn't look vintage to me either and that's a good thing when it comes to an electrical appliance! We haven't had a radio shack in quite some time but it looks like things they used to carry. I didn't shop there often enough to pay attention. Too expensive for me. But thanks for the info. It might help someone make up their mind.
I'm not sure, but I don't think I'd go over a 25 watt. I know you can get the bulbs that don't get hot now. I'd put one if those in just to be on the safe side. Then you might be able to go a bit higher. I don't think this is meant to be a reading light but more of an accent light.
Hi and welcome! Yes, it is free. If you win the auction, I will send it to you with no strings attached, shipping is free. Just make sure you have a verified Listia address to where I can send it to. Good luck!
Yes dear, I'd be happy to if you want to pay for the shipping. It would cost between 15 and 20 dollars. I used to offer free shipping to Canada until the last big rate hike.
Pictures are up kiddo, the best I could do--it's a very soft light so hard to picture--plus, I always have a hard time with the color red! The soft light is nice tho, kind of a mood light. If you need more light, just put in a bigger bulb. Good luck.
