So it is like a corset pretty much. Helps you look thinner. But does it help you lose any weight ? I mean I guess if you wear it a lot you could possibly lose some since your stomachs smaller so you would not be able to eat as much.

Yes love it does help you lose inches around your waist and also helps you lose weight as well because it controls your eating habits and your consumption each and every time you wear it the max you can wear it is 10 hours and one day after that you will have to take a break from wearing it at least five to seven hours depending on how long you wear it

It means it will compress your gastric system until if you eat very much you will begin to vomit it up and if you leave it on too long you won't be able to pass gas normally and have terrible abdominal pain. Just ask anyone that tried to wear the really tight girdles of the past. You are not going to get the small hips and thighs along with the well developed muscle tone from wearing this. It will probably just make you sick if you get one that will be tight enough to make you look 1 inch smaller but it doesn't look made well enough to do anything. Good look only eating smaller amounts and doing exercise appropriate to your health and body is going to improve your measurements. Let's all go for a walk.
