This gorgeous 14K yellow gold ring has a large center amethyst stone with three (what I believe to be) diamonds on either side. They're too bright and clear to be cubic zirconia, so that's why I said I believe them to be diamonds. My ex bought this for me years ago, and he never skimped on gifts.
