The listing, Beautiful dress! has ended.

Ordered the dress online $30 and loved it but it's too long for me.
It's new with no tags however my mom tried it on and stretched it (4&5th pic) out from the inside sides (under arm), but it doesn't show or affect it in any way.
Says size small but it has lot's of stretch so a medium would fit nicely into it.
Pic #6 shows the under layer of the dress which is shorter than the top part
Last picture is the back of the dress
I'm 5"1 so I would say its for someone at least 5"3

Not short, but not too long either . I would say maybe like half way from shoulder to elbow.

Pretty sure it can be, but it would have to be done by someone that truly knows what they are doing because that longer layer is thin. That's why I didn't want to mess with it and ruin it.
