All instructions manuals are included. I was able to set it up in 5-10 mins. :-)

Originally bought it to use as a baby monitor...but decided to get an actual baby monitor instead. Didn't want to have to launch an app every time I wanted to check in on my baby.

can this be used outside? the recording service not sure of meaning of paying for it or included with this . does anything come with it to install like cd or dvd . (nevered used one before sorry about all the questions.) anyway does it come with a micro sd card?

I don't think it's fully waterproof so if you can keep it dry it should be ok. There's no service to pay for. You just download the app. It saves to a micro SD card (not included). I am auctioning a micro SD card!
