It is brand new never been worn. I only took it out of the package to photo. I received this as a gift but I do not wear this kind of watch so it is up for auction. Hope this helps. and it does come with an extra leather band

Yes I pulled the pin out as soon as I got it to stop it from ticking and using the battery life.
