The pattern and colors are great. It is an Apt 9 brand, ladies size Large.

Sorry, as I said in the description, I am at work for 48 hours. I return home Monday and will post fabric type and measurements. can say that it is longer than most ops, I wore leggings with it and I won't wear a top with leggings unless it covers my butt! LOL, hope that helps some.
