Last pic when you read it says Win 7 Pro, 64 Bit. For those that do not have PayPal, if you have a bank debit card or pre-paid card or charge card, the seller can send you an invoice bill from PayPal and you can pay that way. Hope this helps the seller & fellow Listian's a few questions..?

I have a friend who works in a post office and she admits rthat most desk clerks wait til after customer leaves when the postage is paid for the postal system will toss your packages like they are on a football field, I get really angry with our Supposedly Great United States Postal system and I always call the big headquarters and complain because one day when I sell delicate electroncs I go the extra mile and pay 50 cents for every 100.00's in value of item(s). It is a careless world we have become but we don't have many choices to choices on shipping companies although I know it is a little more costly but Fed Ex so far has been the best far as decent looking packages to arrive at winners home address. Ok, sorry to preach or write a book, I just wanted to be helpful without sounding like I am telling you how to run your auctions or shipping. I hope I did not overstep my boundaries.? Romanos, It is really simple to set-up a PayPal account, then you can acquire the PayPal debit card so when buyers buy from you your PayPal account will show you have money. And you can take your PayPal card to the Dollar General or Family Dollar Stores just to name a few and go to pre-paid card & phone cards shelving and buy a PayPal refill card and the store can add money to your PayPal debit card for a small fee usually or pending which you buy, but usually a refill fee runs for PayPal I believe like $2.95 to add money to your debit card, then use it anywhere like a charge card, but your PayPal debit card will already be activated after you do the by PC or directly on the phone, so you have some easy options. I have my PayPal card registered to my bank account, Listia, eBay just to name a few places and not just online, places now will accept in stores, catalogs, and so on because PayPal is watched by MasterCard and if someone would ever hack your PayPal you can call either place right away to keep further money taken out by the thieves plus Master Card will insure any unauthorized transactions/charges and the credit card companies will prosecute the thieves for stealing and bunch of other charges. Out of 17 years with my PayPal I only ever had one problem and Master Card prosecuted the thief/thieves. I hope this info will help you in the near future if you wish to set yourself up and is safer because I only put on a certain amount at a time so just ever incase someone tries to hack into my card account.
