She is a 1957 Honeybunch and very collectible. That is her original dress and shoes. Hope this helps.

She isn't plastic. It is stuffed magic skin rubber. I have collected and studied all about dolls for 60 years. I know just about every doll that was made in those years. This doll is in beautiful shape for her age. Someone must have really loved her and taken care of her!
