Being listed as-is, because CELLCOM does not tell me whether phone is clean or not. Purchased at estate sale so not sure about previous owner. THE phone looks VERY good, very well kept looks like. I tried calling CELLCOM with esn number and they said I had to go in local store which there are none around me. The ESN checkers online are inconclusive, they do not give a straight answer. Listed as-is for parts or repair. Due to security reasons, esn/Im number will not be revealed, unknown esn, selling as-is. Can still be used with wifi, and with wifi you can make phone apps along with everything else, just like having an ipad or ipod touch screen around.

It looks like that may be the case. The only way to check for sure is to put in a SIM from another company to see if you are prompted for an unlock code. If you don't all you should need to do is update the network APN settings for the carrier that you are trying to use and then test it out.

WOW great info!! I was going to ask if you could PM me the MEID # so I could check it with my Verizon acct to see if it will be compatible since it's a Verizon based company --not sure if the technology would work in my area tho. But if it can be updated that would be great for you :) Good LUCK! and if you don't take it down could you pm me MEID# so I can compare it?? Been looking for a Verizon phone forever on Listia LOL
