A friend of mine posted a very interesting story about our mail carriers. those metal box trucks they drive around in are not air conditioned. So here, In Vegas, where it can be 120* on some days, that means this woman that makes sure my packages either all fit or she goes to the office with my mail (some just wait til the next day). The letter was written by a letter carrier's wife and asked that we great them with cold water, Gatorade, of a cold cloth to wipe of their face and neck. I thought it was an excellent idea and a good word to be spreading here, where we all rely heavily on our mail carriers. Help me spread the word?
