This is such a cute bag. It's a medium size shoulder bag. I cannot find the longer strap, but any gold strap can be used if you want that Crossbody look. Dimensions are shown in last 3 photos.

No, shipping will be the exact cost based on the address of the winner. I will ship as low cost as possible. The eight dollar shipping fee you speaking of comes from my sharing the cost of shipping with the winner. Shipping a medium-size bag and a medium size priority mail flat rate box normally runs $13.45. When I charge the eight $8.00, I am making up the difference for the winter.
