Anything with some mint properties or eucalyptus...my husband had back aches and I used eucalyptus and it helped... also good for tummy aches (the scent)

which is best for muscle and joint pains, stress, atretch marks and, diaper rash ( have a baby n people tell me essential oils r best but never said which is best)

For babies there is a baby formula I can get.... for stretch marks it's more the oil property that helps but something soothing like lavender or something that calms is good for mommy
