It is against the rules to have an auction and then charge someone a fee. As you pointed out to me, in a private email, that I went through this with you in the past I would think you learned your lesson. You can not change listia's rules to sell your product and that is what you are doing. SELLING! There should be no strings attached. Don't worry I am not going to bid any higher. I will let someone else do that and go through the refund process for a discontinued phone that came out in Nov 2009.

Looks like 4 out of the last 5 auctions resulted in you having to refund the credits. I better stop telling everyone about your "special" auctions or I will win and then have to get another refund.
