This is a Straight Talk Home Center Home Phone & Wi-Fi kit. It includes everything that came in the box, so it does NOT include a service card. So you need to get a airtime card for it (which is only $15 or more for 30 days of service). There is nothing wrong with this as far as I know. Yes it was opened briefly. I just decided I don't want it but Walmart's return policy expired so I couldn't return it for money.
