Pretty much brand new!
I literally wore these 1 time!
I needed to buy another shoe in the store to get my discount so I bought the only other pair that looked cute, after wearing them at work one day I realized how big they were on me.
These, I'd say run true to size but they are a bit wide which is my problem I have with them. I normally wear a 6.5 to 7.0 and can not get wide, these I don't think are labeled wide but to me they are.
No returns just relist if you don't like.
I work at an animal hospital so be aware if you are allergic to animals!
