Ladies this is worth every credit you invest on it. just hang on your the door of your choose and adjust the
pulley to your comfort level and strength.There foot pedals for legs and thighs worout and I do mean workout. Sometimes I just stop to pull or pump my arms and become revitalized all over again. Mrs Somers really made a home run with this one. And you'll receive her chart of many different exercises, from beginners to the advanced users. Also, menu and food choices i might include.
