If you ever had one of these, then you would look forward to August every year so you can get more! My husband and I drive 45 minutes each way just to get our hands on these! When a sugar apple is ripe, you can tear them open and scoop out the insides. They have large seeds but the flesh is custard like so the seeds release easily. These are a tropical tree can can't handle frosts. I've had two varieties: the green and purple. This auction is for the purple variety. The winner will get 6 seeds. They can take up to 30 days to sprout. Scarify the seeds and soak them in water for 3 days before planting.
