NWT!! Inside tag and hanger say 0-9 months. Tag hanging on the costume says 9-18 months and I am more inclined to believe that. I measured the pants against my 19 month old and they would fit her. The tummy on the kitty has a little bit of stuffing it in.
The brand is Boo Babies.
The costume is 3 pieces. Kitty cat head, kitty body with tail on the back, and leggings. If you live in a colder state you might want to put a shirt underneath the body of the costume. (I live in Montana and I always dress my kids warm for Halloween as it is chilly around that time of year!)

I will not be sending the hanger as it would make it a little more awkward to mail. This is a fantastic costume!! The hat and body are very soft! Your baby will be purring in your arms, lol. ;)
