The Inside is 100% Polyester and The Outside is 100% Vinyl. It Was Made in China. It is Covered With Words of Love and Affection and Hearts. The Handles Are a Good Size and it Has a Velcro Closure. The Measurements are 6" high by 5" Wide. I Would Think It is a Small Handbag/Purse But it Could Also Be Used as a Make-Up Bag. This Would Make a Great Gift For That Special Teenager in Your Life.
