would large running small be like a 42 in bust???? or else i am goning to have to lose 30lb of boobs(over exaggeration just 10 lol)

I'm glad you like it. It really is a great shirt. I'm not sure about the inches but I'll check when I get home tonight and let you know. I am rather large chested too so I know how that is!

I took a tape measure and measured from seam to seam across the bust and it was 19 inches.... does that help any? I'm not sure how to measure exactly.
