As did the admin who handled the dispute- since he not only filed a claim for a credit return the very day it shipped (before it was in his possession), but it was honored by Listia (??). Never mind it (clad) was mentioned 5 times, or that due dilligence in READING is required by all prior to bidding...hence why I sound a bit bitter on the listing about it. My exact question to the moderator was, "5 references to plated wasn't enough- how many times did it need to say it? 10? 12???" =P The fact a claim was opened before it arrived, suggested to me- that they DID read the post thoroughly... AFTER the bid was placed.. and the item was shipped (counter to what one should do on here when bidding). I don't try to play a game of 'gotcha' here, wasn't trying to pass something off as 'solid' when it was plated... but still lost (??)- and got my FIRST and ONLY negative as a result... Is mentioning clad 12 times now going to be enough?.. who knows anymore? =P lol *deep breath--end rant* haha

Wish I did- I had Batman- but that sold out fast (elsewhere- and here a long while ago)-- and, as far as the village idiot goes- it wasn't a total loss, I named the disclaimer after him (as I promised both moderator are the user that I would) =P haha - all good, all good! I have a few few million burning a hole in my pocket also- I'd ask if you have any good movie/game deals- but I'm probably already watching them ! n_n
