These are brand new, never used, silver tone, rhinestone hoops. The earrings are high quality & made with very sparkly stones. They're 2.5 inches, pretty large. Every rhinestone is in place & perfect. I took many pictures, because the flash kept making it look different. These are the high quality, more expensive rhinestones.
