This is a compact mini speaker iluv, in good condition, has been used for both my ipod and my cell phone. Takes 3 batteries, on and off switch, built in stand, is 6 1/2" long by 2 1/2" wide by 2 1/2" deep by 1 1/4" tall at the tallest point (back of unit)
