They clip on to your bicycle spokes and when you are riding they light up. Great for night time riding! :) Thanks

@tempolton68 They clip on to the spokes of your bike tire, and they light up and flash like a strobe, as they are moving. They're very cool at night especially. I had one like this, but it lit up blue light, instead of red like this one shows:)
