Beautiful ring with blue stone and cubic zirconia

Not sure what the ring is (surgical stainless steel, plates, etc) but I've worn it many time and had NO issues with it turning my finger green (and I normally have that issue with ALL plates or fake jewelry). Sorry I don't have more details but full disclosure that it is NOT real stones or metal type.
