It tested fairly well, even against much newer cards in it's same price range.

Don't swet it roxy. From what I see here, you are a compleatly reasonable person. I'm in tech support have assisted hundreds of people with setting up their internet connections through several brands of routers, Linksys bieng by far the most common. And I know from experince, both with routers and other devices, if the firmware/drivers are curropted, they must be removed and reinstalled. And when it comes to routers, the firmware is akin to the routers browser interface and cannot be removed. Bieng "new", it should have been a working device but defective equipment does on occasion make it past the quality checks at the manufacturer.
Good luck on your dispute. I rather think listia will rule in your favor.
