I think the reason it has the red x its because it's not activated once its active with new number and all it goes back to normal.. I've had boost and i did that once to an old phone after I changed to the new one so might be just that

I think your right because it was working up until I transfered the service once my new phone was activated it happened I know its nothing major I wouldn't of added it thank you I was definately thinking that was the issue.
