I've had others with diabetes find it helpful to aid the skin to heal. This will not do much in nature of moisturizing (but of course will some because water is in it) -- but if you have a favorite moisturizer you can mix it with...some folks products like cetaphil, I like calendula. Typically you'd apply the CS, allow to absorb, if dry skin add calendula or your fav moisturizer over. To promote faster skin recovery when skin needs recovery, cover to keep moisture in and keep from rubbing or scratching.

If you need the CS TEK (on how to make various strengths of CS and the 2 strengths of the lotions, and exactly what equipment is needed to make it accurately, the exact recipes and steps) I can put it up again.

It is now 89 pages (grew from 83), it was 13 oz. before wrapping before the pages grew -- it may be heavier now I have not printed it out again to re-check.

It goes for 483,000 points.

It took 2 weeks to write it, originally but I still have more time in it as I add parts where I see it might be needed...

Could be put on a flash drive if you'd prefer a PDF file to be mailed instead of 1/5 ream of paper!

Myself I prefer to read these big manuals on a screen from the PDF myself -- that's ust too much paper to handle easier to go back and forth with mouse..
