If I put this in a water bottle I might swallow it! Is that what you're saying I should do? Or does it stay down at the bottom, I'll have to give it a try. But knowing me I'll swallow and choke on it.

Hey You Silly Woman! Yes You can swallow it but just remember that You have it in there, I like the size as I use mine in water bottles and I have never swallowed any yet, but They do work, clean every other day or so with Sea Salt, rinse, place on window where the Sun Hits so the Stone can regenerate and charge up.
