This is a HP Digital and Analog TV tuner Card with everything that allows you to watch the new DIGITAL TV and older ANALOG TV on your computer. The winner will receive the digital tuner card that connects to your PC, The antenna, the remote control, the remote control receiver that connects via USB, the installation CD, connectors that allow you to hook your computer to a TV, and all of the paperwork that came with it. It is nice to have if you have a Laptop and you are away from home and want to watch football games or just watch TV and there is not a television where you are at. I used it one day when I was at the lake camping to watch a football game .The winner will receive everything you see in the photos and shipped very carefully so that you will get them in the best condition.

No,it will work with any laptop with USB and a card slot. The tuner card goes in the card slot and remote goes in USB port.
Pretty much any laptop I know of.
