I did my best to measure and would safely say it would be best for wrists 6 - 7.5 inches. (I measured my wrist tonight just to be sure and much to my surprise it is now only 7.5 inches...I haven't done so in more than a decade but it seems that after the age of 50 it has decreased). I can wear this comfortably with all of the beads still touching one another. Hope that helps some.

Thanks! I didn't realize that it had been featured...(go me, lol). I remember using a big safety pin on my bra while I breast fed, definitely not as pretty as this. It really can be worn by anyone but I love that it has the extra benefit of enhancing mother / baby bonding. :)
