I have a spiralizer but haven't opened it yet, have you tried one?

Yep, a few times. Hubby does most of the cooking though (I'm more of a baker) and he prefers to use his mandoline and food processor. I found that with my arthritis the spiralizer was much lighter and easier to clean for me. Truth be told, if I were a healthier eater I'd probably use it more but I tend to be an extremely picky eater :(
