The listing, 14K solid yellow GOLD, OPAL and DIAMOND ring size 6 1/2 has ended.

Like the other ring, and the beads I sold, the pictures do not do the ring justice. But what can I do?

Although opal is my birthstone this ring was always too small for me. I have several others so I feel like I can part with this one. I have had this ring in my jewelry box for about 20 years I think. I never could wear it. Why didn't I have it resized? Read on...

The opal itself is pretty. Changes colors depending on the light, movement, and what light is in the room or outside. Sometimes a lot of colors, other times not so much. It has two diamonds on either side.

I myself have never liked the ring. Besides the fact it didn't fit I just don't think it is very pretty. However, I know someone out there will think I am crazy because it is the prettiest ring they have ever seen.

It is marked 14K on the inside near the bottom of the ring. See photo.

The opal is about 7 mm long and 5 mm wide at it's widest part.

Total weight of the ring is 3 grams.

It has a nice undercarriage as shown in the photo.

No, I have never had it tested.

I originally had the receipt for it but that is long gone now.

I have heard they needed to be oiled so over the years I have done that will all of them not wanting them to break as I have heard they will.

I am positive it is real gold...lol I just had someone ask the last listing if the ring I was selling then had been tested so I thought I would just clear that up so I didn't have to answer the question. :-)

It is a size 6 1/2 as the caption states. If you plan on doing GIN I will gladly take a picture. If not I am a busy woman. Unlike most on here I ship my items every day to insure prompt delivery. I don't mean to be rude but I just don't see how a picture of it by a nickle will help more than the actual size. I have a ring sizer. That is how I get the sizes so I know they are correct.
