these are brand new! the reason the tags are off is because they were use as an entry into a raffle at my friends bday party last nite. NEVER WORN. Never touched by anyone but me and my friend when she was deciding which pair won the raffle (sadly mine did not). I have the receipt proving i just bought these around 9pm last nite 01-27-2012
