Sorry you feel that way, but that's the way auctions go, you win some and you lose some. I don't buy credits myself. I list items and stock up on credits. That way when something is listed that I really want I can bid high if I need to. Surely you have won some auctions as evidenced from looking at your profile page. I see you got one on your king of the hill badge, your were determined to win it and you did. It basically all depends on how many credits you have, how bad you want it, and how many credits your willing to spend to get it. I have lost out several times on auctions I wanted really bad as well too, but I don't give up, I just keep trying. There will be more auctions like this one, and even better. Just keep stock piling your credits and watching for them. :)

I am having a little trouble figuring out how masterseaman comes up with a price here, but you could always send him over to one of my auctions hoping they will be in the same book he is using. :)

The worst thing I find is how long Listia places a hold on your credits, but then tell you if you buy a shipping label from them at a higher rate than the post office they will release them faster, and it's almost like they know you need them for an item you are bidding on get up off off my credits listia

I don't and have never used their labels so I don't know anything about that. I do know what you mean concerning releasing the credits, but usually the problem I have is with winners of my auctions taking too long acknowledging they have received their winning items and thus releasing my credits, not with Listia. I don't know what their policy is regarding releasing credits, as to how long they can hold them other than 21 days. It is a problem waiting for credits to be released unless you have a big stockpile built up. I guess that is their strategy to get you to but them straight out. Three years on listia way to go. I just made it to 4 years last month myself, I still remember when 600 listia credit equaled $1.00 now it's 27500 credits per dollar, yet the still give crap credit gifts with logging in and check in and what not, like umm what exactly is 10 to 500 credit going to get you a dam thing, But hey it is what it is and congrats to you again.
