The listing, ~Estate Find 20 Rings 14K, 10K Engagement Ring, 925, Diamonds, Herringbone Chain Lot 1 Credit Start~ has ended.

Welcome to my auction page. I love to go to estate sales, charity events, online auctions, antique stores and travel for vintage pieces. Check out my other auctions, I will be listing many estate finds as I am unpacking my summer finds into my new home.

20 rings and one chain necklace. I will list to the best of my knowledge, starting from the left top.

1) No markings, comes up as glass on the gem tester, still beautiful and sparkles silver tone.
2) Same as one except it is a gold tone.
3) Several silver leaves on a gold ring. The Ring is marked on one side 925 DL in a circle, other side China. The diamond chip is 1mm and it test positive for diamond.
4) Golden/brassy like dainty ring with a pink center
5) Golden/brassy mens cluster ring
6) Golden ring with a small tiny diamond chip made to look bigger
7) engagement ring stones are not diamond but I will say the tiny side stones look like they are, has several markings 925 FAS and on the other side THAS, love this ring, beautiful & great quality
8) Larger Chunky ring with a lavender emerald cut center and 2 clear stones on each side it is marked 925 with a circle.
9) Heart surrounded by more clear stones inside you can barely see the 925 very sparkly
10) Gorgeous baby blue real topaz says 925 p china8
11) Pyramid Rhinestone ring no markings
12) Beautiful cocktail ring no markings
13) Gorgeous LARGE engagement ring marked UTC 10k cz
14) halo engagement ring marked 925
15) 3 emerald cut clear stones marked 925 11
16) Princess cut yellow stone marked 923 & AC
17) 14K a marking a 1 barely visible. Tested by me & master jewelers Opal 2 diamond ring, jeweler said its vintage but does not think original stone, believe a cabochon was there since setting back is solid gold and opal is smaller see pic.
18) Rose gold tone engagement ring circle mark
19) Blue/clear stone ring wide band marked 925
20) Pink Marquise ring mark 925 12 one side China7 on other
21) 14K 18" herringbone scrap has kinks in it

mam I believe I have said to you before the 4 C's of Clarity are for purchased rings or rings that have been appraised. No were did I put I had them appraised, I had the gold secondly verified by a jeweler. I have yet to meet a jeweler that tells you all that for free of the 4 C'S because that is a part of an appraisal which cost 50.00 on up. I also stated I have no problems giving appraisals on GINS but the GIN will also go up to cover the appraisal as well as they will get an appraisal certificate. If you did not understand that before I am sorry that I could not explain it more clear. As for these rings it says I am starting from the left moving to the right, I will clarify that it is going down then over then down until it reaches the end at the right. There are numbers stating which has the diamonds, counting and going from top left shows the rings that have them first number three start at the left top count down three not over then that one there and it has the description of silver looking leaves on a gold. band. Thats one of them. Each number states if it is a diamond if it does not say or it say glass, rhinestone, or crystal it is not. number 17 the vintage ring has two diamonds one on each side of the opal. I hope that helps. The 4 C's are best for those to purchase in person never online and best to be bought at a jewelry store new. No one online will know the 4 C's unless they them-self are a certified .gemologist, or had an appraisal done. Either way, they ask for their own price then, because they know the worth. Not start at a credit.

I agree. The 4 C's are for rings that are purchased. Whoever wins this auction will purchase it with credits. So, please, reconsider my question. I am a certified gemologist.

Mam, I am not a gemologist are you wanting me to purchase an appraisal?? I dont think you read my explanation and understood it well. Yes they are purchased with credits. No I am not a jeweler such as Kay;s for example, and yes the 4 C's should be purchased in PERSON not online at an actual store. So please read carefully through my last explanation and tell me where I said I would get an appraisal on an auction that starts for 1 point. I said the only way I would do an appraisal is "IF I HAD A GIN ON IT AND PRICED IT ACCORDING TO WHERE THEY WOULD PAY FOR THE APPRAISAL" Please read my answer, because you have asked the same question on many of my auctions, and I have tried to explain it to you many times.1) would you like to get an auction that has a GIN, 2) ON THAT AUCTION WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW THE 4 C's CAUSE IF SO i CAN HAVE IT DONE IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL GET IT AND PAY THAT EXTRA FOR IT WITH YES CREDITS. Are you going to do that, are you going to get an auction that you would like a report on??? Because I can do that for you IF YOU PAY FOR IT YES WITH CREDITS, but THIS ONE you can not since the bids STARTED AT 1 CREDIT BECAUSE THERE IS NO GIN ON IT. I hope that clarifies your question once again. Sorry if you can not understand that, I thought it was self explanatory in my response...PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

It is for all of them, I have big ring auctions often because I get so many rings to list them each would take for ever. I have people that have won lots like this and keep looking and asking when I will have them again, so they were happy to get them and some have one more than one, because they liked it so much. So yes you get them all :)

Also know people on here are not looking for diamonds and the 4 C's they care about the gold. Because unless it is bought at a store they are not going to know the details about that jewelry piece with out an appraisal.

I guess I am my own worse critic, I felt I should have done each piece size and more pics of each size but the site only allows so many words and people complain of too many pics just as those that complain of not enough. You put a lot of time and effort into testing. I appreciate that! It's a shame that some question you. There are accurate tests out there and not all jewelry is stamped. There are many issues that folks don't know about Sterling and gold. Since joining listia 6 years ago I looked into stamps and test kits. I have been questioned also and advise folks those folks not to bid if they are unsure. It saves time and aggravation. It allows people who appreciate the listing to bid and not skeptics. You rock! Your feedback says it all!!!!!!

I have seen people act like they know it all on jewelry saying 585 only has a box around it... &$%&% lol Many are not stamped. If a ring is sized many times it loses its stamp if the jeweler forgets or tries to charge the customer the extra for the stamp. I look at it how my grams always says
"a persons mind is like cement both mixed up and permanently set" people are stuck in their ways always right and will not change... it goes in my one ear out the next... its the few that spread their light that just make life so beautiful :) Skeptics are sad depressed people... in life you have the optimist the glass is half full, the pessimist noooo it is half empty or me the opportunist while they were too busy arguing about the glass I took it and drink it , it was mighty tasty :P
