All you need to do is call Verizon to Activate.... Once you call and activate, the $45 is automatically added to your account......

No refunds..... There will also be tracking placed on this to protect myself as some people try to say they never received the item.....I will track as well so I know when it arrives.....

I also paid quite a bit for this so the starting bid is starting out at less than what I paid as the system won't allow for the higher starting bid.......
