I was wondering why I didn't see the Regional Flat Rate C box on my Stamps.com mail class list and it appears it was discontinued by the USPS, they must have been losing a lot of money on them! Too bad, they were great!

It figures..They still have the A & B rate which covers everyone in the upper mid west & Mississippi River Valley too but regardless I will use USPS for shipping as it is the most convenient & least expensive for me..Fed ex & UPS do not have sites here in our little town..I will be checking out ShipEasy site you recommend too..getting everything packed up Saturday

I bought several packages of those collars and 25 dog leashes... When the weather isn't raining or snowing I'm going to go to different towns and donate a package to each shelter. I'm a big animal lover. But I have to go over a mountain pass in each direction so I need nice weather. =)
