i assumed no one won it b/c it ended same time as my other giftcards, but there was a last minute bid, and since i didn't read carefully enough i never sent it.

this is a $20 gift certificate card for payless shoes stores.

Person will receive actual card in the mail w/ a regular stamp. tracking will cost $2.50 via paypal.

FREE TRACKING and SHIPPING with GIN.

it's good towards any purchase in payless - which sells shoes, accessories, purses, etc.

I can't tell if it was be used online b/c the card number is 19 digits. However, it's totally usable in store and i called and confirmed the amount on the card. you might be able to order over the phone using the card though.

i will send the numbers and the phone number via listia mail so you can confirm as I have, the value on the card is current and accurate.

no, you get the card too. if you use GIN you get free tracking. if you just bid, you get free shipping but no tracking unless you pay for it through paypal.
