I di not know if you know yet about the new system for sellers which is absolutely horrible. There is no more of the client forfeiting their credits for no info etc. we just don't get anything as sellers. Your listing sounded like maybe you didn't know. There is no more 7 day thing. Just trying to help. Check it out.

You'll flip when you read it. I have had 2 of my regular clients quit because of it and lost points galore because Listia lets people without a verified address bid. Some people have nothing better to do so they rack up credits on your auction which outbids your regulars and they know full well that they have no verified address. Listia does not even give you the address yet until the auction is paid for,

just read the shipping rules and in there it states they need to send the verified address with in 4 days or we can keep their credits and relist the item

You may still have time to edit your auctions. If not then you can just add a blurb that you were wrong about the 7 day thing but cannot edit your listing as it is too close to winning time.

I just read the rules it says four days to hear back now before relisting it doesn't say verified address though

Well they always warn you not to ship unless it is a Verified Address and believe me I was scammed and sent to someone who gave me a big sob story a couple of times. Even if it is 4 days instead of 3 they do not forfeit their credits.

Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller, you must contact the seller within 4 days of providing payment and provide your approved shipping address (if applicable) and shipping payment (if applicable)
For example, if you pay for your item on Thursday, you have until the next Monday to contact the seller with your shipping info
If you fail to do so, the seller may re-list the item and keep any credits earned
As always, we encourage you to contact the seller promptly and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction

I know I had one ask me to wait extra days then said to cancel it and relist well if it's a holiday item or you paid for extra stuff on the listing your stuck

I would complain to Listia that none of us were notified. Try and see if you can copy and paste instead of having to type it on each one if possible.
