The headband slides to open bigger or smaller for a "1 size fits most" fit, & has a non slip padding on it.

The microphone is at the tip, & "swings to fit" where u can speak into it.

Controls are easy & intuitive...
-- included instuctions walk you thru it if you need..
-- toward the front is the protected power port -- easy to see, along w a really great feature -- an on/off button -- turn it off when u stop working or don't need it to conserve power
-- toward the side, is an easy to use "pairing button" -- it was easy to push to pair, see the LED lights flash, pair. Use the same button to answer
-- right above the pairing & answer button are left & right volume buttons & in the middle the LED status light

Instructions say it works for 66 feet -- we were able to walk around w no disconnects at least 50-60 feet all about our work area.

My goodness -- does he ever have a day off? I'm not sure how a cook can coordinate so many different orders and keep them coming to the folks grouped at the same tables at the same time...but they most of the time do!

He works full time Construction Monday - Friday 7 -3. Restaurant Friday, Monday 4 - 9, Saturday Sunday 12 -9. Busy.

All that double shifting between jobs and flipping hours at the restaurant -- he must some days be tired. Well, I'm sure you keep his spirits up and of course the little ones are a highlight to come home to.

Very effective in hard to hear places -- they boost the sound to you. For your callers -- they hear more of you and less of the stuff going on around you. Your husband in construction?

I never did -- it was phone calls one after the other -- I am thinking one ear it would be mono and it makes the incoming sound clearer for voices so probably not what you'd expect for music listening. It leaves one ear to hear without headphones so you can do things like speak to customers in front of you, drive your car and hear horns, that sort of thing. :)

I got it in January and used it I'd estimate 8-12 times. It always charged up and did what it was supposed to, never badly handled -- the on-off switch is good feature (you tend to notice when you look at it after removing so you don't forget after taking it off to turn it to off to stop draining power. It had just been in its box not being used for the last several months or so, so decided to give it new home.
