You are bidding on a brand new dark brown synthetic wig. It is super soft, thick and 100% heat resistant. The cap is adjustable to fit average-sized heads. Comes from a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.

I purchased this from Wigsbuy for $54. This wig is beautiful but it is WAY TOO THICK for me. (I have baby fine hair and it just didn't look natural on me.) I wanted to return it but the return shipping was just too expensive and not worth it. So, it's been stored in the closet ever since.

That's crazy! I've been on Listia for two years and never knew they allowed you to over-exceed your current credit balance. That's very risky especially with all of the new accounts used for scamming purposes alone. Listia really needs to get behind their sellers and provide more bidding insurance by changing that policy.

Listia didn't always allow this. This new feature was implemented in March '17. It's a really horrible feature. I think what it all boils down to is greed on Listia's part. They're hoping the buyers will exceed their credits so they'll have to pay Listia $$ to purchase the item. If a seller wants to avoid this "annoyance", they can always do a GIN. A buyer has to have the available credits AND it's instant payment to the seller. The bad thing is, Listia will get a portion of the credits if a seller does a GIN.. All in all, I am seriously contemplating on deleting my Listia account. Too much hassle and too much greed.

I noticed this auction has ended twice now with winners and a substantial amount of credits. Is there a reason it keeps being relisted or do you have several versions of the same wig? Thanks!

This is the same wig being listed for the 3rd time. The winners are not paying what they owe. One winner (the last one) made the mistake of overbidding the amount of credits he actually had and didn't know he had to pay the difference. I REALLY dislike Listia allowing that. I wish they would change it to where buyers can only bid on what credits they currently have and no more.

Was thinking about listing a couple of wigs but after seeing what you have been going through I will have to think a little longer. It sucks for those that are making serious bids and losing to those who don't understand or are just keeping the item from selling. Sorry you are having such trouble with the bidding on this. It looks like an amazing wig. I have the same problem with thin hair and the way I look in thick hair wigs. Don't give up!

It IS rough selling things on Listia nowadays. I wish Listia would get rid of that doggarn feature. One way to bypass this troublesome feature is by doing a GIN. A buyer has to make an instant payment if they want to do a GIN. I've been thinking about doing just the GIN on all of my auctions but I really dislike Listia taking some of my credits.
