Great costume in like new condition worn once last halloween no stains or holes.. includes dress, underskirt,gloves and wig size im guessing is s/m.. any questions please ask.

It has some stretch to it but I wouldn't say it does much, my sister wore it for Halloween and she was a size 7/8 at the time and it wasn't too tight but not much room left for stretch. Hope that helps.

What size does the tag say? And do you know if its a girls or womens?

The tag does not say a size. My sister wore this and she was a 7/8 in womens at the time.
