Yes it is. Took me a bit to finish my set and get the doubles. Since the Monkey Garage Vet came out in February, I have opened 6 cases, and found 3 total. The Ice Charger is not even out yet in my area. So I did a lot of trading to get these.

Thank you! With Mattel's new concept from 2016, it is harder to complete certain collections. They distribute random cases in certain geographical areas. To make it more "exciting" for collectors. I have not even seen some cars in my area yet. Thank goodness for fellow collectors to trade with!
