This is a Sanyo Xacti VPC-E2 8MP Waterproof Digital Movie Cam. It doesn't have a charger and when I plugged it into the mini USB, it did not light up to charge. It may work if you have a battery charger for it. When I plugged it in, it was a little difficult to get it in the slot, so it might need to be replaced. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to try to charge it as I don't have the proper battery charger. But it's looks to be in excellent shape with a few tiny scratches on the blue part of the screen. It comes with a 16GB SD card.
