Sky Devices Elite 5.5L Smartphone, TPU Case, charging block & usb data cable. Phone is in great overall shape. Minor scratches on front from "in and out" of pocket action - nothing that interferes with the phone. Phone is fully functional with no issues. No returns based on the fact that you decided you do not like the phone. Please review the pictures and ask questions prior to bidding. Back of phone is silver - Front is white accents. Phone is unlocked for any GSM carrier (AT&T, T-mobile, Cricket, Net10, Stright Talk, etc). Not for use with CDMA Carriers (Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, etc). Both IMEI numbers are clear (see last 2 pictures). Phone will be Factory Reset prior to shipping and ready for the new owner to setup. Will consider reasonable GIN offers.

If this phone was BRAND new I would have no problem with the 3.5 but since it is used and probably 5 months old I don't think I could offer you that much
