What are these made of?

There's a variety. The bugle beads are glass as are some of the seed beads. The big bag of multicolored are wood. The large blue are turquoise. I hope that helps.

Also, the bag of mostly white are some shell beads and some man-made pearls. Possibly some crystals. There's some that may be, I'm not sure. I didn't sort that bag and it's got alot going on.
