A searing and gut-wrenching film, BAD BOYS is to the 1980s what THE BLACKBOARD JUNGLE was to the 1950s. Sean Penn stars as Mick, an angry young juvenile delinquent who, after a series of offenses, is thrown into the slammer where he joins the scum of the earth. Mick soon becomes top dog in this kennel, but an old enemy
rapes Mick's girl friend on the outside and is sent to the same prison, whereupon a battle for turf commences. BAD BOYS is disturbing, sometimes annoying, often painful, and never boring.
Dvd plays well little or no scratches.
