All mailers are totally new but I have had them for a while. Some are slightly wrinkled and others might have a dog hair on them. If you are allergic to dogs or seek 100% new look, do not bid. These mailers are perfectly fine to be used! There is nothing wrong with them but their appearance is not what you would call brand new from the store but rather a shelf look.
